Access Management:
Customers may be unable to do the following:
- Logging into Anypoint Platform
- Creating or updating organizations
- Inviting or updating users
- Creating or updating teams
- Creating or updating environments
- Configuring or updating multi-factor authentication
- Configuring or updating identity providers
- Creating or updating connected apps
- Creating access tokens
- Authorizing permissions and resources
- Authenticating clients and access tokens
- Getting organization information
- Getting user profiles
- Requests done from Anypoint to external domains through the API Console won't work during the maintenance. Anypoint administrators won't be able to review, add, or delete trusted domains from Access Management.
Anypoint MQ:
- If an existing token expires, the MQ Connector may experience HTTP 5XX errors for a few minutes, particularly if Access Management returns 5XX errors during the upgrade.
Mule Gateway:
-There may be errors in customer logs and disconnections, but gateways will continue serving traffic.
API Manager:
- User Interface (UI): will show “Unable to complete this request while services are undergoing maintenance. Please retry after maintenance has been completed.” when doing certain operations.
- API calls: to these services will return Service Unavailable Error (503). GET Requests will not be affected.
Exchange:
Customers may be unable to do the following:
- unable to view or manage assets in Exchange
- unable to manage or edit public portals in Exchange
- unable to view or manage saved searches in Exchange
- unable to view or manage instances in Exchange
- unable to view or manage reviews in Exchange
- User Interface (UI) will display errors when: assets are published, deleted, and when asset portals are read or modified. Also, when asset publication is triggered
- API Calls: REST API calls for asset publication won't work.
Mocking Service:
- Mocking Service calls from API Designer, Exchange and API Community Manager (ACM) will fail due to Mocking Service being unavailable.
- REST APIs calls for Mocking Service will not be accessible.
- User Interface (UI) will display errors when: upon interaction within API Designer.
Anypoint Runtime Manager:
- Runtimes: CloudHhub CPU / Memory alerts will be delayed during the maintenance window. In addition, CloudHub Applications utilizing the Auto-scaling feature, will not be able to scale up or scale down, during the maintenance window.
Designer:
- User Interface (UI) will display errors when: projects are listed, opened or created.
Studio:
- User Interface (UI) will display errors when: creating an API project, importing an API Specification from Design Center, pulling or pushing from API projects synchronized with Design Center, or downloading a RAML from Design Center to a Mule Project.
Composer:
- User Interface (UI) will display errors when: flows are listed, opened or created.
