* During the maintenance window, the Anypoint Monitoring User Interface and query APIs may fail to load, intermittently. However, runtimes will continue to operate as before, with no expected telemetry data loss throughout the entire maintenance window.
The Anypoint Monitoring Archive API can be used as an alternative to the Anypoint Monitoring Experience during this period. However, please note that this API might also be unavailable throughout the maintenance window.
CloudHub 1.0: Metrics and logs from applications deployed in CloudHub 1.0 may arrive 5-15 minutes late. The deployment of new or existing applications will not be impacted.
CloudHub 2.0: New applications or redeployments of existing ones may fail to complete successfully.
Hybrid Runtime Servers: Installation or upgrades of the Anypoint Monitoring Agent on new or existing Hybrid Runtime Servers may fail to complete successfully.
Hybrid Runtime Fabric: New deployments or redeployments may fail to complete successfully when using Runtime Fabric v2.6.2 or higher. On older versions of Runtime Fabric, deployments will not be impacted.
In all the cases described above, retrying operations after the maintenance window will run as expected.
* During the maintenance window, the Anypoint Visualizer User Interface may fail to load, intermittently. There will be no expected telemetry data loss throughout the entire maintenance window.

API Calls: REST APIs calls for Mocking Service will not be accessible as the service will be unavailable.

- Exchange: assets are published, deleted, and when asset portals are read or modified. Also, when asset publication is triggered
- Studio: creating an API project, importing an API Specification from Design Center, pulling or pushing from API projects synchronized with Design Center, or downloading a RAML from Design Center to a Mule Project.
API Calls: REST API calls for asset publication won't work.

We will be performing a scheduled upgrade on part of the platform's underlying infrastructure.
** Service impact details:
* Applications:
- Monitoring Center Alerting Service
* During maintenance downtime the potential interruption will only affect Alerts. New and existing alerts status changes (including alert triggering) may be delayed until downtime is concluded.
* User Experience(UX): Monitoring Center Alert status change will be delayed".

The Audit Log in Anypoint Access Management will experience up to ten minutes of downtime while the database is upgraded during the maintenance window.

* Following maintenance downtime the old audit logs will become queryable again. New audit logs may take up to an hour before they become queryable.

We will be performing a scheduled reboot of an internal Access Management database.

* During maintenance downtime, the following may fail:

- Inviting or updating users
- Creating or updating teams
- Creating or updating environments
- Configuring or updating multi-factor authentication
- Configuring or updating identity providers
- Creating or updating connected apps
- Creating access tokens
- Authorizing permissions and resources
- Authenticating clients and access tokens
- Getting organization information
- Getting user profiles
- Anypoint MQ: If an existing token expires, the MQ Connector may experience HTTP 5XX errors for a few minutes, particularly if Access Management returns 5XX errors during the upgrade.
- Mule Gateway: There may be errors in customer logs and disconnections, but gateways will continue serving traffic.
