Feature Degradation affecting customers on multiple intances, and their ability to run reports on Core services and receive accurate results
Issue: On February 9, 2025, at 04:30 UTC, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a feature disruption affecting Core services. Customers on multiple instances may be unable to run and receive reports presenting correct results. Impact: Customers on multiple instances may not receive email alerts for any subscribed reports or dashboards. If affected customers do receive emails, their reports would not present the expected information. ***** Update 4: Posted Sun, 09 Feb 2025 16:01:39 UTC The majority of instances were rolled back and are out of impact as of 14:22 UTC. A number of instances will require an additional fix as they are part of a wider major release. A Known Issue article has been published regarding this. Should this be successful, the release will be rolled back across all affected instances. There is currently no ETA as to how long this will take. We will provide an update once new information becomes available. ***** Update 1: Posted Sun, 09 Feb 2025 08:27:42 UTC As of 08:26 UTC, February 25, 2025: The Salesforce Technology team believes it has identified the trigger for this issue. Remediation efforts are focusing on rolling back the recent release to restore services to customers. The team will perform the rollback on one instance and monitor performance. Should this be successful, the release will be rolled back across all affected instances. There is currently no ETA as to how long this will take. We will provide an update in 60 minutes, or as new information becomes available.
