Performance degradation on Data Cloud's Low Latency Feature
Issue: On December 09, 2024, at 00:00 UTC, the Salesforce Technology team became aware of a performance degradation impacting the Data Cloud's Low Latency feature.
Impact: A subset of customers utilizing the Low Latency feature for Data Cloud may experience slowness in data streams
Additional Information: The team has identified a fix which is being rolled out in a staggered manner. Initial reports have indicated positive results and services were restored to normal operating levels for the verification instances.

Our teams successfully rolled out the remaining updates and have confirmed this has successfully mitigated the issue. The Salesforce Technology team is actively engaged and working to resolve issues causing data stream slowness, which is impacting Data Cloud's performance.
Initial fixes have been successfully implemented, leading to a significant recovery in most instances. The team is continuing to roll out additional updates in a staggered manner to address any remaining delays for the impacted instances.
