Third-Party Vendor Feature Disruption Impacting Multiple Clouds
On December 11, 2024, at 17:55 UTC the Salesforce Technology team noted a service disruption with a third-party vendor impacting Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Ad-Studio (formerly known as Marketing Cloud Advertising), Marketing Cloud Intelligence, Marketing Cloud Engagement, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud. Impact: During this time, users will see error messages or failures for features that connect to some third-party services. We’ll provide another update as additional information becomes available. ***** Update 2: Posted Wed, 11 Dec 2024 22:55:56 UTC Although the third-party vendor has yet to declare their service disruption as fully resolved, the Salesforce Technology team has confirmed that functionality for all impacted Salesforce services has been restored as of 22:00 UTC. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you and your business. ***** Update 1: Posted Wed, 11 Dec 2024 20:42:59 UTC After further analysis, it was determined that the issue does not impact Commerce Cloud. It was also determined that the issue is impacting Unified Messaging. We’ll provide another update as additional information becomes available.
