The Salesforce Mobile Classic app is performing as expected.

On July 21, 2016, The Salesforce Technology team observed an issue impacting the legacy Salesforce Mobile Classic app. The issue began at 15:51 UTC on July 21, 2016 and was resolved at approximately 06:45 UTC on July 22, 2016.

During this time, Salesforce Mobile Classic customers who were already logged in were able to use the app, but not able to sync. In addition, customers who were not logged into the Salesforce Mobile Classic app were unable to log in.

As part of our standard process, we will be performing a full root cause analysis and will provide our customers with details as soon as they are available.
